The 318 building is located within The Urban Village District, is skyway connected to the Mayo Clinic, UMR’s campus, as well as other businesses, restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. The apartments are ideal for college students, young professionals or anyone looking for convenient downtown living.

D-Tech Media was brought in to help bring life to the 318 Commons website. A specialized homepage was created that shows the different floor layouts available for each type of apartment in the building, as well as beautiful images of the restaurants, U of M college area, and other features of the building. We also needed to create a form application system for incoming student / resident’s application forms and for any furnishings they may need.
